By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
DataShield GTM is an AI-native go-to-market platform that provides customer relationship management (CRM), pipeline management, multi-channel outreach, contact enrichment, revenue intelligence, and related business tools. The Service includes web-based applications, APIs, AI-powered features, and integrations.
To use the Service, you must create an account via our SSO authentication system. You agree to:
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing tiers and feature availability, are outlined on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel. No credit card is required during the trial period.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service includes AI-powered features including contact enrichment, signal detection, outreach drafting, and pipeline analysis. You acknowledge that:
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, email providers). These integrations are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. Enterprise customers may be eligible for a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) with specific uptime guarantees and remedies.
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and AI models, is owned by DataShield and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATASHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold DataShield harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
